Assistance navigating manufacturer warranty claims and documentation for your EV charging equipment. PEM cannot guarantee warranty outcomes or third-party responses.
Temporary Compatible Loaner Charger
Subject to availability, a temporary compatible loaner charger may be provided while your unit is being serviced or replaced. Availability is not guaranteed.
